PODCAST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Dissecting Justice, its affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Dissecting Justice”) produces content for distribution (the “Podcast”). I hereby irrevocably grant Dissecting Justice, the right and license to record, use, reproduce, distribute, and display my name, likeness, image, voice, personal information, and any other material provided or captured in preparation of or during my appearance on the Podcast (collectively, “Content”) in perpetuity, without compensation or approval.

I hereby acknowledge that Dissecting Justice is the sole owner of all rights in and to the Content, and any information that I provide (“Materials”), including but not limited to information submitted in my guest form, is the sole property of Dissecting Justice. I acknowledge that Dissecting Justice will own all right, title, and interest in and to the Content and Materials and any derivative works thereof, and that Dissecting Justice may use, edit, modify, or adapt the Content and Materials in any way in its sole discretion. I hereby acknowledge that Dissecting Justice will have the sole and exclusive right to use, exploit, and distribute such Content and Materials, throughout the world, in perpetuity.

I represent and warrant that I have the full right and authority to grant the rights set forth herein and that the Content and Materials do not and will not infringe upon any third-party rights, including without limitation any privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. I understand and agree that I will receive no monetary compensation for the Content, Materials, or my appearance on and participation in the Podcast. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions will be construed to obligate Dissecting Justice to use or exercise any of the rights granted or acquired herein. Dissecting Justice is not obligated to use the Content or any Materials, and Dissecting Justice may cease using the Content and Materials at any time for any reason.

I hereby release and discharge Dissecting Justice from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting or otherwise using the Content or Materials.

These Terms and Conditions will be binding upon me and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Dissecting Justice and me with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
